Peter Kaspar was born in Pisona. He was part of the resistance in WWII but after he wasn't in the military.
He was elected by the Communist Party to bring some reformations after the death of Anton Berčič in January, 1976. In April 1976 the Soviet Union invaded Juliana. After, Kaspar escaped to be in Yugoslavia and then lived in Italy until he died in 1996.
